Its been a long week, but an amazing week too.
We're waiting on another interview with the company before we find anything else out about the potential job. We spent the weekend really praying over whether to go ahead with pursuing this job further, and whether it would be right or not. When we felt like the answer was yes, we found out he'll have another interview (hopefully).
Saturday was an amazing day. We went down to Bellville for our nephew's 1st birthday. While we were there someone stuck $20 in my purse - and that was a blessing! More food/gas! Then, that evening when we got home, we checked our mail to find a letter with no return address, and no marking from who it came from...just a note saying "Bless the Lord oh my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name." (I think that's what it was) Inside there was a money order for $500, and another, and another, and ANOTHER!!! $2000! What a miracle!! We owed $2182 for the baby, and there it is!!!! I am beyond excited to see how the Lord has provided for us, and how His timing has been perfect. Knowing that baby Daniel is "paid" for is super super super exciting and there is great relief! May God abundantly bless that person who gave us the money - more than they can even receive!!!!!!!
God has been providing extra money almost crazy!! I've got piano jobs lined up and extra coming in, I've started working with Emily again, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a couple piano students and a violin student soon too. Its almost perfect. Its what I've always wanted to do: somehow earn money through teaching piano at home, or accompanying. And now I have both! Today Stephen is working on helping roof the house and garage where we live, and they're going to pay him too! He's thankful for some work, and thankful for something to do - like working with his hands. And its nice to have him right here too!
*Course, Erin, I need my violin rosin back sometime y'know.... ;)
So, yes, life is very exciting when God's on your side and taking care of you. Meanwhile, its been nice having Stephen here every day. Although, sometimes we get bored of nothing to do, its been really nice. Speaking of nice, I should make something good for supper. :D
Melody I am so excited for all of those little answers to prayer I could just cry!! I've been there and seen God move just like that and it's such an amazing feeling. God is good ALL the time. :)
